When lines begin to blur

H&M striped top, DIYed knit maxi skirt, Ecote leopard belt, Ebayed boots

I decided to be a bit more ambitious and make my own maxi skirt. Result, a body hugging maxi skirt. FAIL. I haven't been able to part with it mainly because it was my most ambitious sewing project to date. So I am left in this constant cycle of trying to make it work. :/

This was taken a while back when it was just right outside. Can someone please tell me it's why it's so hot outside in the middle of winter? No me gusta.

Thoughts

Such a beautiful picture I found on the web that I had to share with you. I am sure that most of us have experienced that moment of uncertainty on whether to take a chance. I know I've always been that way but in hindsight they say it's best to just jump in! I've decided lately that if there is something I want or want to try why not take the chance?

The LA-based brand WeWood released these eco-friendly watches made of wood that is recyclable and biodegradable. Not only that, it takes less CO2 to produce than that required to produce other watches.

Man, this is NOT going to help my growing interest in watches. *sigh*

Cool in the form of suede

I fell in LOVE the moment I saw Isabel Marant's suede sneakers on Kate Bosworth at Coachella last year. You can only imagine how happy I was to find a similar version on Ebay. Not bad right?!
